1. Introduction

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfamouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phfamouse's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phfamouse's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

phfamouse reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR, applicable law, or urgent security considerations.

Continued use of the phfamouse Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and phfamouse that cannot be resolved through phfamouse's internal complaints procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution channels in accordance with PAGCOR's published player protection framework.

phfamouse's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to phfamouse's support team. phfamouse will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days.
